Yard Visibility 

We cannot remove waste that is not visible due to tall grass, heavy leaves, snow, standing water or debris. We cannot scoop what we cannot see.
 

Yard Access

Gates must be unlocked and accessible upon arrival. If we cannot access the service area, services may be skipped and the scheduled visit may still be charged.

Dog Safety 

Aggressive or protective dogs MUST be secured prior to our arrival. We reserve the right to skip service if we feel it is unsafe to enter the yard.

Yard Obstacles

We do not move furniture, toys, decor, or other yard items to locate or access waste.

Hazardous Debris

We will not handle items that may injure us or puncture our bags.

Weather Policy

Service may be delayed or rescheduled due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control. Recurring service pricing remains the same because waste continues to accumulate and requires additional clean up at the following visit.

Payment Terms

Services are billed according to your selected service plan. Initial or one-time cleanups may require a deposit, with the remaining balance due after service is completed.

Pet Waste Conditions

918 Poop Patrol reserves the right to adjust pricing for excessive waste, unusually large yards, additional pets, or conditions that require substantially more than originally quoted.
