Yard Visibility 

We cannot remove waste that is not visible due to tall grass, heavy leaves, snow, or debris,
 

Yard Access

Gates must be unlocked and accessible at the time of service. If we cannot access the yard, services may be skipped and charged.

Dog Safety 

All aggressive dogs or protective dogs MUST be secured prior to our arrival.

Yard Obstacles

We do not move furniture, decor, toys, or yard items to access waste.

Hazardous Debris

We do not pick up sharp objects that may puncture our bags.

Weather Policy

Services may be rescheduled to to weather.

Payment is due according to your selected service plan.
